Northwest Health – La Porte was awarded two grants from the Health Foundation of La Porte during the last grant cycle of 2025. The grants were announced on September 25. The Direct Patient Access program provides $30,000 to serve community members who do not have adequate funding for prescribed medications, transportation to and from medical care, nutritional supplements, expenses related to supplies and durable medical equipment, and other needs identified on a case by case basis.
