Northwest Health is welcoming new primary care provider, Celia Mota, FNP-C, to Northwest Medical Group – its multi-specialty physician network.

Mota is a family nurse practitioner who specializes in family medicine and is accepting new patients at the Northwest Medical Group – Primary Care office at 401 NewPorte Boulevard in La Porte.

She completed her bachelor and master degrees in nursing from Purdue University Global.
