Northwest Health Expands Primary Care in Knox

Northwest Health is welcoming Joos Moerland, FNP-C, and Rachelle Hannon, FNP-C, two new primary care providers to the Northwest Medical Group – Primary Care office in Knox. Moerland and Hannon, nurse practitioners specializing in family medicine, have joined Dr. Thomas Browne and Tiffany Bowser, FNP, at 104 E. Culver Road in Knox.
A resident of Starke County, Moerland has a unique background combining family medicine with years of experience in critical care at Northwest Health – Porter. He obtained his Bachelor of Science in nursing from Valparaiso University and his master’s degree in nursing from Purdue University Northwest.

Hannon’s background combines family medicine with years of emergency medicine experience. She earned her bachelor’s degree in nursing from Purdue University and her master’s degree in nursing at Chamberlain University.
