Northwest Health Adds Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner to La Porte

Northwest Health welcomes family medicine nurse practitioner Sarah Gore, DNP, to Northwest Medical Group. Gore has expertise in caring for patients of all ages and collaborating with them to develop an individualized approach to their care. She joined the Northwest Medical Group – Primary Care office at 401 Newporte Blvd., in La Porte.

Gore completed her medical education at Valparaiso University. Her specialties include acute disease treatment, chronic disease management, wellness exams, geriatric medicine, vaccines, and school and sports physicals.
