New Primary Care Physician joins Northwest Medical Group in Valparaiso

Northwest Health recently welcomed Chike Okolocha, D.O., a family medicine physician to Northwest Medical Group. Dr. Okolocha will be seeing patients at the new Northwest Medical Group location at 2505 Calumet Ave. in Valparaiso.
Dr. Okolocha completed a family medicine residency at Center Medical Texoma in Denison, Texas. He received his medical degree from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in Suwanee, Georgia.
Dr. Okolocha specializes in general and preventive medicine. He provides annual physicals and well-child check-ups as well as treatment for acute illnesses and chronic conditions such as diabetes, high blood pressure, autoimmune disorders, asthma and COPD. He has a special interest in geriatric medicine, and wellness and lifestyle modification.
